Hi, I’m Heather, a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and coach who is passionate about helping people to reconnect with who they truly are.

 

I bring warmth, care and authenticity to my work and I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where you feel truly seen and heard, whether you're an adult navigating life’s challenges or a young person learning to understand big feelings.

Before training as a therapist, I spent 13 years working as a primary school teacher. I loved working with children and their families; supporting them, celebrating them and witnessing their growth. But over time, I began to feel a quiet pull toward something deeper. I often saw the emotional challenges families were facing and I longed to support them in a more meaningful way, beyond the limits of the classroom. I wanted to help, not just with behaviour or learning, but with the deeper emotions we all carry underneath.

This led me to train in Cognitive Hypnotherapy with The Quest Institute. Experiencing the power of this work in my own life changed everything. It helped me move through challenges I once felt stuck in, and I knew I wanted to offer that same opportunity for growth to others.

Now, I help people gently explore what’s going on beneath the surface; the patterns, beliefs and emotions that can shape how we show up in our lives and our relationships. My work is about helping you to feel more like you again. Helping you to feel more confident, more grounded and more connected to what matters most to you. Whether you're here for support with parenting, anxiety, confidence or something else entirely, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity and care.
